Responsibilities

• Provide tailored lending advice for home buyers, investors, business owners, and developers
• Conduct client consultations to assess lending needs and financial goals
• Prepare and lodge loan applications with lenders
• Manage relationships with banks, private lenders, and credit providers
• Guide clients through loan processes from pre-approval to settlement
• Stay informed of lending products, industry policies, and regulatory changes
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Support marketing initiatives to attract new clients (if applicable)

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in mortgage broking, lending, or finance (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Australian lending regulations and credit policies
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
