Overview

We are seeking motivated and client-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with property owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality property solutions. The position requires a strong focus on client service, market analysis, and effective negotiation.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client enquiries relating to property leasing, sales, and management
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Conducting market research and preparing analysis reports
  • Coordinating property marketing initiatives
  • Negotiating lease and sales agreements
  • Undertaking site inspections and attending client meetings
  • Maintaining accurate data across CRM platforms and listing databases

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of Melbourne’s commercial property market
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate (preferred)
  • Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate or higher (preferred)
